Project Description
The Hotel Regina D’Arborea is set in a historical palace built in the second half of the nineteenth century in the heart of Oristano, on the west coast of Sardinia. The palace, designed by famed Sardinian architect Gaetano Cima, was completed in 1874, while the frescoes and interior decorations were completed in 1880 by Giovanni Dancardi and Davide Dechiffer. It is considered one of the greatest examples of nineteenth century architecture in Sardinia. All rooms are decorated with antique furniture and art objects dating back to the nineteenth century. Each room offers free WiFi, a balcony, satellite TV, minibar and private bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with local and organic products. A 90-minute drive from Alghero, Hotel Regina D’Arborea provides guests with a free parking pass for the restricted traffic zone. History and beauty melt together in this historical spot to create a memorable stay for both the body and soul.
